Kelsey Plant Hire is a client of one of my Business Coach clients, that required someone to take over the creation of their printed monthly newsletters.
The brief
Kelsey required someone to take over the design of their printed newsletters, as the person doing it was moving on.
What I am doing
- Analysed their market and previous newsletters
- Improved the design/layout of the printed newsletters
- Created free business templates for her prospects/customers to download from her website – all Kelsey branded
- Created a 12 month calendar schedule for the newsletters without outlines of articles for each month
The company owner was having to produce all the content for the articles in each newsletter every month but simply didn’t have the time. I go the extra mile and cover what was initially required as well as the following for the price she was previously paying:
- Design the printed newsletter PDF
- Design monthly email campaigns
- Manage their social media accounts, publishing regular posts
- Report on previous email campaigns (opens, clicks, bounces etc.)
Results
- A good relationship with their prospects and clients with regular, valuable communications
- A reputation of providing useful advice and templates, made specifically for their target market
- More time for the owner to work ON the business, with peace of mind that their prospects and clients are receiving the right content
